General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and apkayz ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the apkayz website, mobile interface and all gaming services accessible through them. By creating an account on apkayz, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full without reservation.
Apkayz is an online gaming and betting platform serving the Pakistani market. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are accessible to players in Pakistan who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms. Use of apkayz constitutes acceptance of these Terms regardless of the device or connection method used to access the platform.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered through apkayz, including but not limited to: live casino, jackpot slots, Aviator crash game, football betting, esports betting, Ludo games, the Refer a Friend programme and all promotional offers. Specific additional rules for individual game categories are published within those sections and form part of these Terms by reference.
Account Registration
To access real-money gaming and betting services on apkayz, you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information required for identity verification. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful, accurate and current at all times.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on apkayz. Duplicate accounts detected by apkayz — whether under the same name, device, payment method or IP address — will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apkayz login credentials. Never share your password with any third party. Apkayz will never ask for your password via support chat or email. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Apkayz services are intended for residents of Pakistan. You confirm that your use of apkayz is permitted under the laws applicable to your specific location. It is your responsibility to verify local rules before registering.
Apkayz reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC copy, proof of address or payment method confirmation) before processing withdrawals or at any time in line with our anti-fraud obligations. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restriction.
Apkayz reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the applicant intends to abuse the platform, has previously held a suspended account, or does not meet the eligibility requirements for any reason. Registration does not constitute an obligation on the part of apkayz to provide services indefinitely.
Age Verification — 18+ Only
The use of any real-money gaming or betting service on apkayz is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. By registering on apkayz you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your date of birth as provided during registration is accurate.
Apkayz takes underage gambling seriously and employs multiple verification procedures to prevent access by minors. These include date of birth verification at registration, identity document checks during the KYC process and automated detection tools. Where apkayz suspects that an account holder may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of a suspended underage account will be forfeited.
Deposits & Payments
Apkayz accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and there is no currency conversion involved in any part of the apkayz financial process. Your wallet balance, stakes, winnings and any bonus amounts are all denominated and displayed in PKR at all times.
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on apkayz:
The minimum deposit on apkayz is Rs 200 per transaction. There is no stated maximum single deposit for most payment methods, though individual limits may apply based on your payment provider's own daily and monthly caps. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your apkayz wallet within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two banking hours to reflect.
Apkayz does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of apkayz. Apkayz has no control over and accepts no liability for charges applied by third-party payment processors.
All deposit transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Apkayz does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Third-party deposits discovered during KYC or transaction monitoring will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed for possible restriction.
Withdrawals — Getting Your PKR Out
Apkayz is committed to fast, hassle-free withdrawals in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per request. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within a few hours of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take one to two banking days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Apkayz does not impose unreasonable or artificial delays on withdrawal processing for standard amounts.
Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal from apkayz. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. This is a standard AML compliance requirement, not specific to any individual.
All withdrawals from apkayz must be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests to accounts in other names will be declined and may trigger a review of your account for policy compliance.
Apkayz reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests or in cases where our risk monitoring systems flag a transaction for review. Such requests will be communicated clearly and resolved as quickly as possible. Where additional checks are required, we will always explain the reason and expected timeline to the account holder.
Bonuses & Promotions
Apkayz offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback and referral rewards through the Refer a Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual offer at the time it is claimed.
The following rules apply to all bonus offers on apkayz unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance until wagering requirements are met. Promotional balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
- Standard wagering requirement on apkayz bonuses is 10x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the offer terms.
- Each apkayz promotion can be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated as repeating.
- Apkayz reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings where abuse of the promotional system is detected, including but not limited to: bonus stacking, use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, or wagering patterns designed purely to meet requirements without genuine play.
- Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit — typically 30 days. Unused bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire automatically at the end of this period.
- The Refer a Friend reward on apkayz is subject to the referred player completing a minimum qualifying deposit and achieving a minimum amount of wagering activity on the platform.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on apkayz are final once confirmed. Apkayz does not accept requests to void confirmed bets on the grounds that a player has changed their mind about a selection, regardless of whether the event or game has started. The only exceptions to this rule are set out in the relevant sport or game-specific rules section and relate to event cancellations, postponements or technical errors.
For sports and esports betting on apkayz: bets on events that are cancelled and not replayed within the applicable window are voided and stakes returned. For events that are postponed but subsequently played within 48 hours, bets remain valid unless otherwise stated in the event-specific rules. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at apkayz's discretion where the integrity of the market cannot be maintained.
For live casino games on apkayz: all results determined by a human dealer or a certified RNG system are final. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game round, apkayz's system logs will be used to determine the state of play at the point of interruption and any resulting settlement. Where a round cannot be determined from system logs, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
For Aviator and other crash games on apkayz: the outcome of each round is determined by a provably fair algorithm. Players may independently verify the fairness of any historical round using the seed verification tool within the game. System-determined results are final and apkayz does not accept challenges to provably fair outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction on the platform side.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on apkayz and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances without prior notice:
Opening more than one account on apkayz, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person. This includes accounts opened to abuse welcome bonuses or promotions.
Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any automated tool to place bets, claim bonuses or interact with the apkayz platform in any way not available to a standard human user.
Using apkayz accounts or transactions for any purpose related to money laundering, financing of illegal activity or processing funds derived from criminal conduct. Apkayz reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
Colluding with other players in live casino games or placing bets based on knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting or esports event outcome. Apkayz cooperates fully with integrity bodies investigating match fixing.
Apkayz employs advanced risk and fraud monitoring systems that operate continuously across all player accounts and transactions. Detection of any prohibited conduct will trigger an immediate investigation. Apkayz's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final subject to the dispute process described in Section 12.
Responsible Gaming on Apkayz
Apkayz is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We recognise that for most players apkayz is a form of entertainment, but we also understand that for some individuals gaming can become problematic. We take this responsibility seriously and have built the following tools directly into every apkayz account:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on how much you can deposit to your apkayz account. Limits take effect immediately when set lower than your current limit.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure apkayz to send you a reminder notification after a set duration of continuous gaming activity.
- Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up summaries showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from apkayz at any time from your account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately with no waiting period or approval required.
- Cool-Off Period: Take a break from apkayz for a defined period of 24 hours, one week or one month without permanently closing your account.

Account Suspension & Closure
You may close your apkayz account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days provided your account has completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.
Apkayz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where: (a) Terms and Conditions violations are detected; (b) KYC documents are not provided within a reasonable time of request; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected; (d) the account holder is found to be under 18; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed by apkayz for a Terms violation, the outcome regarding any remaining balance will depend on the nature and severity of the violation as determined by our compliance team.
Intellectual Property
All content on the apkayz platform — including but not limited to the apkayz brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, code and all other materials — is the intellectual property of apkayz or its licensed partners. No part of the apkayz platform or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified or used in any derivative work without prior written permission from apkayz.
Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apkayz platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant any rights to copy, modify or redistribute the platform's technology or content. Any unauthorised use of apkayz intellectual property will result in account termination and may be subject to legal action.
Liability & Disputes
Apkayz makes every effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and that game and betting outcomes are determined fairly. However, apkayz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and accepts no liability for losses arising from: temporary technical outages, third-party internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions on the player's end, or events outside apkayz's reasonable control.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a bet or game outcome on apkayz, the platform's internal system logs constitute the definitive record of the transaction. Apkayz's liability in such cases is limited to returning the stake amount for the affected transaction. No consequential or punitive damages are accepted.
Disputes regarding any transaction, bet outcome or account action on apkayz should be raised with our support team at support@apkayz.bet within 30 days of the disputed event. Apkayz will investigate and respond to all formal disputes within ten business days. Our determination following investigation is final for disputes within the scope of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
Apkayz reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, financial terms or game rules — apkayz will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to registered account holders before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be applied without advance notice.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of apkayz after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
