Account & Registration

You must be 18 years old or older at the time of registration. This is a hard rule on apkayz — no exceptions. You confirm your date of birth during sign-up and provide CNIC documentation during KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are permanently suspended and any deposited PKR is returned.

No. Apkayz enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each Pakistani mobile number and CNIC can be linked to only one apkayz account. KYC is required before your first withdrawal from apkayz. You need to submit a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (both sides) and a recent document confirming your address — a utility bill or bank statement from the past three months works. Upload these through the KYC section of your apkayz account settings. Verification typically completes within 24 hours of submitting correct documents.

Log in to your apkayz account, go to Account Settings and select "Personal Details." You can update your email address directly from there. To change your registered mobile number — which is your primary login method — you need to contact apkayz support at support@apkayz.bet, as this requires identity verification to prevent unauthorised account takeover.

Email support@apkayz.bet from your registered email address with a request to permanently close your apkayz account. We will confirm your identity and process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining PKR real-money balance is returned to your registered payment method before closure. Go to the Login page on apkayz and click "Forgot password?" Enter the mobile number registered to your account and we will send a 6-digit OTP via SMS. Use that OTP to verify your identity and set a new password. The whole process takes under two minutes. If your registered number is inactive, contact support with your CNIC details for manual verification.

Apkayz locks accounts after five consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. The lock automatically lifts after 30 minutes. If your account is suspended for a different reason — such as a KYC check or a terms violation — you will receive an email from apkayz explaining the situation. Deposits & Payments

Log in to your apkayz account and go to Wallet → Deposit. Select Easypaisa from the payment options. Enter the amount you wish to deposit in PKR (minimum Rs 200) and confirm. You will receive a payment prompt on your Easypaisa app or via USSD. Confirm the transaction and your apkayz wallet is credited within seconds. No fees are charged by apkayz for Easypaisa deposits.

Yes. JazzCash is fully supported on apkayz. The process is identical to Easypaisa — go to Wallet → Deposit, select JazzCash, enter your PKR amount and confirm via your JazzCash app or USSD menu. Deposits are credited instantly. Make sure the JazzCash number you use is active and has sufficient balance.

The minimum deposit on apkayz is Rs 200 across all supported payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum deposit limit set by apkayz by default, though you can set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in your account settings at any time.

First, try refreshing your apkayz wallet page. If the balance is still not updated after two minutes, check that your payment was successfully deducted by your payment provider. If money left your Easypaisa or JazzCash account but has not appeared in apkayz, contact support at support@apkayz.bet with your transaction reference number and the time of payment. We will trace and credit it within a few hours.

Select IBFT from the deposit options on apkayz. You will be shown a bank account number to transfer to. Complete the transfer from your Pakistani bank account using IBFT, making sure to include your apkayz account ID in the payment reference. IBFT deposits are credited within one to two banking hours. Transfers made outside banking hours (9 AM–5 PM weekdays) may take until the next business day.

Yes, and we strongly encourage it. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap in PKR. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the period resets. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period. Yes. Apkayz supports NayaPay and SadaPay for both deposits and withdrawals — the process is the same as Easypaisa and JazzCash. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks are also accepted. Card payments may take a few minutes longer to process than mobile wallet deposits. All transactions are in PKR.

Apkayz does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank etc. — may apply their own transaction charges. Apkayz has no control over third-party provider fees and cannot reimburse them. For the cheapest deposit experience, Easypaisa and JazzCash to apkayz are generally fee-free on the player's side.
Withdrawals

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from apkayz are processed within one to four business hours after the request is approved. IBFT bank transfers take up to two banking days. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals process within a few hours. All withdrawal timings assume KYC has been completed — unverified accounts cannot withdraw. First withdrawals may take slightly longer due to a one-time manual security check.

The minimum withdrawal amount on apkayz is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified players, though very large withdrawals may be processed in batches for security reasons. All withdrawals are in PKR and delivered to the payment method you registered on apkayz.

Common reasons for a withdrawal rejection on apkayz include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, insufficient real-money balance (attempting to withdraw bonus funds before clearing wagering), or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and your registered details. Yes, but only after you have met the wagering requirement attached to the bonus. The default wagering requirement on apkayz welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount. Once that threshold is reached, any resulting winnings convert to real-money balance and are fully withdrawable. Your account dashboard shows your current wagering progress so you can track exactly where you are.

If your apkayz withdrawal has been pending for longer than the typical processing window (four hours for Easypaisa/JazzCash, two days for IBFT), contact support at support@apkayz.bet with your withdrawal reference number. In most cases this is a brief verification hold on a first withdrawal or around Pakistani public holidays. Your funds are fully secure in your apkayz account during any processing delay.

Apkayz does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. You receive the full PKR amount you requested. As with deposits, your payment provider may apply their own charges on their end — apkayz cannot control or reimburse third-party fees. Your actual received amount depends on your provider's own fee structure.

Apkayz applies anti-money laundering rules that require withdrawals to go back to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal is returned to the same Easypaisa number. If you need to withdraw to a different method — for example because a mobile wallet is closed — contact support at support@apkayz.bet to discuss your options. Games on Apkayz

Aviator is a crash-style game on apkayz. A plane takes off at the start of each round and a multiplier climbs from 1x upwards. You place your bet in PKR before the round starts and cash out at any time before the plane flies away. If you cash out at 2.5x, your stake is multiplied by 2.5. Yes. Aviator on apkayz uses a provably fair algorithm — the crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic hash that is verifiable by players after each round. This means the outcome cannot be manipulated after bets are placed. The verification tool is available in the Aviator game interface. Each round's seed is published, allowing any player to independently confirm that the result was pre-determined fairly.

If your internet connection drops during a game on apkayz, the outcome is determined by the game server — not your connection status. For Aviator, any active bet is resolved at the final crash point. For live casino, the hand or round plays out normally. If you believe a disconnection caused an incorrect settlement, contact support with the game round ID visible in your bet history.

A wagering requirement (WR) means you need to place bets totalling a set multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings from it become withdrawable.
